All work is warranted against defects in workmanship. If there is a problem with the workmanship Strata•bands will fix or replace the product at no charge to the client.
All questions or concerns about your item must be communicated to us within ten (10) days of the date of the invoice.
All products made by Strata•bands are custom made to order.
A 20% return fee per item (minimum of $25usd) will apply to all items sent back for refund. Diamonds, gemstones, express service, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Clients assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to an error on Strata•bands part, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed to the client. Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by Strata•bands and is found to be undamaged by wear or abuse.
Clients must receive a return authorization number from Strata•bands before returning product; the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return packaging and any correspondence concerning the return.
